# Rental Agreement (v1.0) This Rental Agreement is entered into between **Rent-a-Stroller B.V.** ("Lessor") and the customer identified in the reservation ("Lessee"). ## 1. Reserved item One (1) premium travel stroller — "The Explorer" — including rain cover and any optional add-ons listed in your reservation. ## 2. Rental period As specified in your reservation summary. Pickup and drop-off will occur at the confirmed location within the confirmed one-hour time-window. ## 3. Pricing & payment The total rental price, any surcharges (e.g. hotel delivery), and the refundable €100 security deposit authorization are shown in the reservation summary. Full rental payment is charged at booking confirmation. The deposit is authorized (not captured) at pickup. ## 4. Security deposit authorization (§5 of Terms) By signing, you explicitly authorize Rent-a-Stroller to charge your stored payment method off-session for documented damage, loss, or cleaning costs up to €100, in accordance with §4 and §5 of the Terms & Conditions. You will receive a written breakdown before any such charge. ## 5. Condition & inspection The Stroller is inspected and photographed at pickup and again at return. You are entitled to be present at both inspections and to receive copies of the inspection reports. ## 6. Cancellation policy As set out in §6 of the Terms & Conditions, snapshotted at time of booking and shown in your reservation portal. ## 7. Governing terms This Agreement incorporates the Rent-a-Stroller Terms & Conditions (version referenced below), which you acknowledge you have read and accepted.

# Rent-a-Stroller — Terms & Conditions (v1.2) **1. Service.** Rent-a-Stroller B.V. ("we", "us") rents a premium stroller ("the Stroller") to you ("Customer") for the dates confirmed in your reservation. **2. Care.** You agree to use the Stroller only for its intended purpose, to keep it reasonably clean and dry, and to store it securely when unattended. The Stroller must not be left outside overnight. **3. Return condition.** Return the Stroller at the agreed drop-off location and time-window, in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted). Late returns beyond 60 minutes may incur an additional day charge at 125% of the daily rate. **4. Damage.** You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, loss, or theft. Repair or replacement costs may be charged against the security deposit (see §5) up to a maximum of €100. Costs exceeding €100 will be invoiced separately with supporting evidence. **5. Security deposit (€100).** A refundable authorization of €100 is held on your payment method at time of pickup. Upon return in good condition, the authorization is released within 7 business days. If damage or loss occurs, we may charge the deposit off-session for the actual documented amount, up to €100. **6. Cancellation.** Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Free changes up to 12 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full rental price. No-shows are charged the full rental price plus the deposit authorization. **7. Liability.** You use the Stroller at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. **8. Privacy.** We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU law. **9. Governing law.** These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam. **10. Amsterdam Memory Camera (optional).** If you rent an instant camera, an additional refundable authorization of €35 is held on your payment method alongside the €100 stroller deposit. The camera must be returned at drop-off in working condition. If the camera is not returned, is lost, stolen or returned damaged beyond normal wear, a replacement fee of €150 is charged to your payment method; the €35 authorization is settled against that amount and the remainder is charged off-session, with photographic evidence provided. Film packs are consumables and are non-refundable once opened. **11. Eligibility and identity verification.** The person renting must be at least 18 years old. You provide your full legal name and date of birth when booking, and both must match a valid government-issued identity document (passport, national ID card, driver's licence or residence permit) that you show to our staff at handover. Our staff record only the document type, the last four characters of the document number, whether the name and date of birth matched your booking, and the time of the check. We never photograph, scan or store a copy of your identity document. We may refuse handover without refund if you cannot show a valid identity document, if the details do not match the booking, or if the renter is under 18. **12. Record keeping and evidence.** For each rental we retain the version and a cryptographic hash of the agreement text you accepted, the time, IP address and device of your acceptance, the billing address verified by our payment provider, the identity-check record described in §11, and photographs taken at handover and return. These records are kept to prove the agreement, to handle damage claims and payment disputes, and to meet our legal obligations. They are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
