As a rough starting point, plan for a fraction of your expected families rather than one per family — most bring their own. We will sanity-check the number with you before quoting.

Do you deliver to the venue?

Yes, for event pools. Individual retail rentals are handed over at Schiphol Airport or Amsterdam Central Station.

Can we add or drop units late?

Within reason, yes. Tell us as early as you can and we will adjust.

Who supervises sign-out at the event?

Usually your staff, using a simple list we provide. We can discuss on-site support for larger events.

What about cleaning during a multi-day event?

We service the pool between days when the event runs long enough to need it.

How it is set up

You tell us the dates, the venue and how many units you expect to need. We deliver, set up a simple sign-out point, and collect afterwards.

Units are inspected and sanitised before delivery, and again after collection.

Multi-day events

For events running several days, the pool stays on site for the duration and we service it between days if needed.

Longer commitments are priced per unit per day, well below the retail day rate.

Getting a number

Send the dates, venue and rough headcount of families. We come back within one working day with a per-unit price, delivery terms and what happens if your numbers change.
