Schiphol handover means the stroller is with you before the taxi. From Schiphol, Amsterdam Zuid is eight minutes by train and Centraal about fifteen.
Windows are one hour long between 09:00 and 20:00, so an early landing or a late one both work.
What the non-working half of the trip gets
Vondelpark, Museumplein, the canal belt and Noord's ferries are all doable in a morning with a light stroller and no car.
Amsterdam trams and metros are low-floor or lift-served, so a single adult with a stroller can move around the city alone without lifting anything.
