How do I reserve a stroller in Amsterdam?+

Choose your stroller, pick your rental dates and a 1-hour pickup and drop-off window at Schiphol Airport or Amsterdam Central, add any extras and send your request. You receive a confirmation by email once we have checked availability — you are not charged before we confirm.

How much does stroller rental cost?+

Rental starts at €16.95 per day, including cleaning and a rain cover. A refundable €100 deposit is pre-authorised on your card and released after the stroller is returned in good condition. Hotel delivery is available for €15 extra.

Where can I pick up and return the stroller?+

Pickup and return take place at Schiphol Airport or Amsterdam Central, daily between 09:00 and 20:00. We can also deliver to your Amsterdam hotel or accommodation for an additional fee.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?+

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pickup window, and date or time changes are free as long as the stroller is available.

When do I pay for my rental?+

Nothing is charged when you send your request. After we confirm availability by email you receive a secure Stripe payment link, and the refundable deposit is only pre-authorised — never captured for a clean, undamaged return.

Is the stroller cleaned between rentals?+

Every stroller is deep-cleaned, sanitised and safety-checked before each rental, and each unit is tracked individually so we know its full service history.
